This is the best photo I could get on the train.

Flabbergasted. Such a rare and awesome car. Without having driven either I can say with confidence that I’d prefer whatever weird peaky power delivery you get from a 90s quad-turbo V12 (with a proper manual) to the clinical flat power curve and instant robotic shifts of many of today’s cars. It’s not about raw performance, people.

The dealership is nuts. I mentioned them !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Their !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is impressive, I urge you to check it out. Just about everything good has passed through, including Miura, 918, CGT and Ferrari 575 Superamerica. Though no Koenigseggs or Spykers it seems!

Thought you weren’t allowed to sell newish lhd vehicles in Australia but they’ve got a La Ferrari.

Love the 365 as well:

Also seriously what it up with this? If it weren’t for being labeled a Holden, I would have assumed it was a Volvo 850 with a terrible bodykit...

Isn’t that 365 a 512?

I posted a little information about the Commodore here . It’s a special edition from the 80s, it’s allowed to be a bit nuts

You’re dead on. No idea what’s going on there. Maybe they assume that if you’ve got the money for it, you’re either not concerned with driving it or you’ve no qualms in shipping it back overseas.

Not sure what circumstances resulted in it being shipped to Australia though.

It’s a 1976 Ferrari 365 GT4 BB. The important part is the BB (Berlinetta Boxer), but I was lazy. From ‘73-’76 the BB was sold as the 365 GT4 BB, while from ‘76-’84 it was the BB 512, though it kept a similar body-style throughout.

Oh I see. Thanks!

I did a quick Google of Ferrari 365 and got mixed results.
